A retired post office foreman from Inglewood and an Oakland resident each claimed $4.4 million in jackpot winnings from the weekly “Lotto 6-49” game. Robert A. Bell, 67, of Inglewood, and Evon L. Moore, 27, of Oakland, split the game’s $8.7-million jackpot by each choosing the six winning numbers in Saturday’s lotto game, lottery officials said. Bell said he used family birthdays and anniversaries to pick the numbers. Moore said she used her birthday and her parents’ birthdays to pick all six numbers.
