Anti-U.S. Slogans Off Berlin Wall for Reagan

WEST BERLIN — As Communist border guards watched, a U.S. official in overalls walked quietly across the East-West Berlin line today to white out anti-American slogans on the Berlin Wall where President Reagan will speak Friday.
The man carried a can of white paint marked “US” to the wall and covered up slogans reading “Reagan Go Home” and “Yankees Out of Nicaragua.”
