“Moonlighting” star Bruce Willis will not be criminally prosecuted in connection with his recent arrest resulting from neighbors’ complaints of loud music during a Memorial Day party at his Hollywood Hills home, authorities announced. After the TV star’s closed-door appearance last week before a hearing officer, it was determined that insufficient evidence existed to charge Willis with misdemeanor assault of a police officer, said Mike Qualls, city attorney’s office spokesman. In addition, Willis has promised to apologize to his neighbors and has moved out of the Nichols Canyon house, Qualls said.
