Directors of Pioneer Bancorp, the holding company for Pioneer Bank in Fullerton, declared a 10% stock dividend, the third stock dividend in the company’s six years of existence.
The dividend, to be disbursed June 30 to shareholders of record on June 1, will raise the total number of shares to 511,885 from 465,350.
