Garden Grove
City holiday: The City of Garden Grove will observe the Fourth of July holiday on Friday, July 3, and city offices will be closed. There will be no street-sweeping services that day but they will resume on Monday, July 6. A city spokesman said residential trash services would not be affected during the holiday.
