Building Reaches 52% Leasing Mark

The Wilshire Landmark, Homart Development Co.’s 24-story office building in Brentwood, has reached the 52% leasing mark with the signing of Doremus Porter Novelli and Ketchum Communications, according to Christopher T. Stirling, senior development director.
The Landmark was designed by the Nadel Partnership, Santa Monica.
