Postal Worker Accused of Dumping Mail in Yard

PROVIDENCE, R.I. —
A postal worker has pleaded guilty to dumping 94,000 pieces of mail in his backyard.
Richard A. Brindle faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine on the felony count of destroying mail. No sentencing date was set.
