1 Dead, 10 Lost in Flood
BOGOTA, Colombia —
A child was killed, 10 people were missing and 126 homes were destroyed after a river in central Colombia burst its banks, an emergency committee evaluating the damage said Sunday. The committee said water from the Combeima River in central Tolima province rushed into suburbs of the city of Ibague and 12 neighboring villages Saturday.
