Dickerson’s Plight Doesn’t Draw Sympathy

If the quotes attributed to Eric Dickerson (July 15) are correct, how embarrassing. I, for one, am sorry if he has been “screwed over,” but he does an incredible disservice to women who are single parents going it alone (without lots of money) because men refuse to admit to paternity.

I have three suggestions for Dickerson:

--Spare the public your biased sentiments.

--Look harder for a woman you can trust.

--Work harder at being a winner, on and off the field.
