Violence on Southern California Freeways

What is going on? Who are these freeway murderers? Every day my wife must travel on the freeway to get to work, and I find myself terrified that some homicidal imbecile will blow a fuse about losing two minutes in traffic and kill her, just because she’s there.
We must have immediate legislation stipulating mandatory life imprisonment for anyone firing a weapon from a vehicle--and a mandatory year in prison for anyone carrying an unlicensed weapon in a vehicle, whether they use it or not. These psychopaths have to be stopped now. Nobody is safe.
