NASCAR driver Geoff Bodine beat Indy driver Al Unser Jr. to win the 11th International Race of Champions title at Watkins Glen, N.Y.
Bodine earned $175,000 as the series champion. He earned an added $7,900 by winning the race, the fourth in the IROC series. He averaged 110.457 m.p.h.
Bodine wound up with 76 points, followed by Unser with 65. Unser earned $90,400.
