“La Bamba” sound-track artists, Los Lobos, last week became the latest group to sign up for an Aug. 16 benefit concert for the victims of the Saragosa, Tex., tornado. The concert is being organized by Waylon Jennings and Tony Joe White at nearby Manor, the site of Willie Nelson’s Farm Aid II in 1986. Money raised during the concert will be distributed directly to surviving victims in Saragosa. Thirty people were killed in the storm that virtually wiped out the tiny West Texas community in May. Other artists: Johnny Cash, Johnny Rodriguez, John Anderson, Neil Young, Steve Earle, Jessie Colter and Rex Allen Jr.
