Stevie Wonder will undergo surgery to correct a painful growth on his right index finger that may have been aggravated by his hard-driving piano style, his production company has announced. Black Bull Music officials did not say where Wonder, 37, will have the surgery performed or if the operation could affect his piano playing. Wonder was scheduled to leave on a major tour this month. Officials would not comment on whether the tour would be postponed.
