Husband Sought in Slaying: Investigators were searching Sunday for the husband of a 31-year-old Santa Ana woman found dead in the husband’s car, a police spokesman said. Garden Grove Police Lt. Scott Hamilton said the body of Arcelia Cisneros Birrueta was found at 10 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Roberta and Downey streets. She had been stabbed once in the chest. Hamilton said the victim’s husband, Elidio Birrueta, 37, lives in the 800 block of South Golden West Street.
