Pomona police arrested four suspected gang members on charges of firing a 12-gauge shotgun from their car at two officers, who were standing near a patrol car talking to an assault victim in the early morning hours. Senior Patrolman Jeff Anderson and canine unit Officer Mark Shannon radioed a description, and the four were arrested by a third officer after a high-speed chase, ending in South Pomona. Police identified the three adult suspects as Jaime Delatoree, 18, of Pomona; Jesse Torres, 20, of Pomona, and Ruben Castanon, 23, of Upland. The fourth was a 17-year-old from Pomona.
