Two films--one made in the United States, the other in the Soviet Union--tied for best feature film at Women in Film’s Lillian Gish Awards, which closed the organization’s third annual festival Sunday night. The U.S. entry “Anna,” is an ‘80s version of “All About Eve.” Co-winner “The Man From Capuchins Boulevard” is a parody of the musical and Western genres. Other winners: “The 10-Year Lunch--the Wit and Legend of the Algonquin Round Table” took top documentary honors; “Snookles,” best animated short; best music videos, a tie between “La Bamba” and “Freak in the Street.”
