Boy Credited With Saving Woman, 94, in House Fire
HAUGHTON, La. — An 11-year-old boy ran into a burning house Tuesday and led a 94-year-old woman to safety, Bossier Parish authorities said. They also credited the boy, Joseph Grappe, with keeping Dolly Shamburger from re-entering her home, where she most likely would have died from smoke or flames. Officials said she suffered minor burns.
