A 4-month-old girl died Monday night at Children’s Hospital after suffering massive skull fractures, and her father faces murder charges, Oceanside police reported.

Travis Hennie, 18, of Oceanside, was booked into the County Jail in Vista on Sunday on suspicion of felony child abuse and injury to a child. Hennie now will be charged with the murder of Miranda Hennie.
