Marcus Allen to 49ers for Steve Young?

Here’s a suggestion for Raider management: Trade Marcus Allen to the 49ers for Steve Young. It would benefit all concerned.
Marcus Allen would get the opportunity to play for a diverse offense best suited for him. Bo Jackson would have the Raider running back position all to himself. Steve Young would finally get a legitimate chance to lead an NFL team.
And the Raiders would get a quarterback with talent and leadership qualities.
