A man arrested in Houston as a suspect in the stranguling of an Anaheim mother of six has been extradited to Orange County and will be arraigned on a homicide charge today in Central Municipal Court, authorities said.

Orange County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Richard J. Olson said Roger Max Keller, 27, of Santa Ana arrived from Texas late Tuesday night, accompanied by two homicide investigators who had arrested him Nov. 25.

Keller was being held Wednesday night in Orange County Jail.

Keller, a plasterer, had not shown up for work and could not be found after the partially clad body of Lisa Maria Guardiola was found Nov. 14 at the Chapman Road entrance to Irvine Regional Park, police said.

Guardiola was the mother of three sets of twin children, all under 6 years old.

Keller was apprehended at his parents’ home by Houston police.

Alfredo Guardiola, the victim’s husband, told police that he met the suspect about three months ago at the UC Irvine campus library and that Keller had visited the family’s home three or four times.

Olson said Wednesday a motive for the murder has not been established.
