Two arrest warrants have been issued for Sly Stone, who failed to appear in Los Angeles Municipal Court on Wednesday to answer charges that he had not paid $2,500 in child support and no-showed again in Santa Monica Municipal Court on Thursday for his arraignment on drug charges. The 43-year-old singer, whose real name is Sylvester Stewart, was free on $10,000 bail when he failed to appear for arraignment on two counts of refusing to support his former wife and 14-year-old son. On Thursday, neither Stone nor his attorney made an appearance in court. Bail has been upped to $50,000.
