‘Tristan und Isolde’ to Air Live on KUSC-FM Tonight
KUSC-FM (91.5) will broadcast the epic opera “Tristan und Isolde” live from the Music Center from 6 to midnight tonight.
Hosted by KUSC announcers Gail Eichenthal and Gene Parrish, the broadcast will feature taped interviews with David Hockney, Jonathan Miller, conductor Zubin Mehta, Jeannine Altmeyer (who portrays Isolde) and William Johns (Tristan) during intermissions.
The broadcast also will be distributed nationally over the American Public Radio network.
