Slight Earthquake Felt Near Utah Rocket Plant

TREMONTON, Utah —
A slight earthquake rumbled through the northern Utah hills Friday and was felt at Morton Thiokol’s rocket-building plant 20 miles away.
The quake in the Blue Spring Hills, 11 miles northwest of Tremonton, was recorded at 5:43 a.m. and measured 3.2 on the Richter scale, the University of Utah’s Seismograph Stations said. No damage or injuries were reported.
