Cager Wiggins Fails Drug Test

DENVER — Guard Mitchell Wiggins, who was banned from the NBA for cocaine use, has been dismissed from the Continental Basketball Assn. for failing a drug test, the CBA announced today. Wiggins, who had been playing for the Quad City Thunder, played for the Houston Rockets of the NBA until he and teammate Lewis Lloyd were banned Jan. 13, 1987.
