Alcohol Is Also Called a Drug That Kills
Don Nelson, the Golden State Warriors’ general manager, said, in speaking of guard Chris Mullin’s problem, “As far as we know, drugs are not involved. There’s no reason to think it’s anything else besides alcohol.”
It would seem that Nelson, the former Bucks’ coach and NBA player, would realize that alcohol is a drug and that it kills more people annually than all other drugs combined.
