Mike Jasnau of Wichita, Kan., threw a strike in the final frame to win his first Professional Bowlers Assn. title in the $125,000 tournament at Alameda.
Jasnau, a former collegiate All-American from Wichita State, downed Wayne Webb of Waco, Tex., 259-246, to earn the $18,000 first prize.
