Southland Can Expect Mild Weekend

Share

A cold front expected to reach Northern California today will probably stop short of Southern California, leaving the Southland with mild temperatures and partly cloudy skies for the weekend.

Weekend temperatures in Orange County will range from lows in the 40s to highs in the low 60s, meteorologists said. No rain is expected, but coastal areas could see dense fog in late nights and early mornings.

“The temperatures should be a carbon copy of the past few days,” said Dan Bowman of WeatherData, which provides forecasts for The Times. “There will be some high clouds and some spotty sunshine. All in all, it should be pleasant.”
