A Streak Will End When Cal State Long Beach and Pacific Meet
One team will end a losing streak when Cal State Long Beach plays University of the Pacific in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. basketball game tonight at 7:30 in the 49er gym.
The 49ers (7-6 overall and 1-3 in the PCAA) have lost three straight games. The Tigers (5-8, 0-3) has lost six straight.
Long Beach forward Andre Purry, who is averaging 16.8 points a game, had 10 rebounds and 6 assists in the 49ers’ 80-79 loss at San Jose State Saturday night.
Christian Gray is the top Tiger, averaging 15 points and 7.7 rebounds a game.
