Clippers to Play in Dallas Tonight
The Clippers will play the Dallas Mavericks tonight at Reunion Arena in Dallas, opening a three-game Texas trip.
Los Angeles, which hasn’t won on the road in almost two months, will be trying to break an 11-game road losing streak. That looms as a difficult assignment tonight, since the Mavericks have won 12 of 14 games on their home floor this season.
Moreover, the Mavericks beat the Clippers, 99-87, Monday night at the Sports Arena as Mark Aguirre scored 26 points.
Center Benoit Benjamin is the hottest Clipper, averaging 18.8 points, 13.8 rebounds, 3 blocked shots and 3 assists in the last 5 games. He had 19 points and a season-high 17 rebounds as the Clippers ended a three-game losing streak with a 104-97 win over the Indiana Pacers Wednesday night at the Sports Arena.
