Notre Dame forward Mark Stevenson, 20, who was arrested over the weekend for underage drinking, has been suspended from the team for four games. Stevenson, who is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in South Bend, Ind., on Feb. 15, will face misdemeanor charges for being a minor in possession of alcohol. He was also arrested for shoplifting at a Mishawaka, Ind., mall last month.
Coach Digger Phelps said that Stevenson, who will miss games against Butler, Kentucky, Maryland and Duke, would be allowed to practice. Stevenson will be eligible to play Feb. 10 against Fordham.
