A 19-year-old man was stabbed to death by his younger brother Wednesday in a dispute in their Van Nuys home, Los Angeles police said.
The body of Abel Delatorre was found at 1:30 a.m. in the apartment he shared with a 17-year-old brother and an older sister and her husband, police said.
Police said the brothers had argued for an unknown reason. The younger brother grabbed a knife and stabbed Delatorre several times in the chest, police said.
The younger brother was arrested at the home on suspicion of murder. The youth, whose name was not released, was being held at Sylmar Juvenile Hall, police said.
