Fake Emergency Calls
I was the emergency-room clerk on duty at the time the fake phone calls took place at Humana Hospital West Hills. It was a difficult and emotional time for all those involved. I hope the publicity you have given the story (Jan. 4) will not inspire copycat incidents.
