Angler Lands a 33-Pound Striper at Lake Silverwood

The crowds are down at Lake Silverwood in San Bernardino County, but big striped bass have become active.
Mack Moore of Apple Valley was using an imitation rainbow trout lure when he hooked up, eventually winning the battle with a 33-pound striper. Another angler, Gary Bond, was successful as well, catching a 26-pounder opposite the marina.
