A ‘Natural’ Vacation

Jerry Hulse’s piece on “Wickenburg: The Old West” (Jan. 17) was all the more interesting to those of us who enjoy “natural” vacations. I am a Sierra Club outings leader and this Easter I am leading a trip I’m excited about. We’re spending two nights in Yosemite Valley, March 31 and April 1, and one night at the Wawona Hotel on April 2.

We believe that if we expose enough people to natural wonders, they will become more aware and begin to think of preservation for future generations.
