A 12-year-old Hollywood, Fla., boy suffered second-degree burns on his legs, abdomen and chest Wednesday after reportedly mimicking the actions of a music video by the heavy-metal band Motley Crue. Fire officials said Bryan Tucker poured rubbing alcohol on his legs and set them afire after seeing the Crue video “All I Need,” in which one of the performers sets the leg of another on fire with a torch. Hollywood Fire Inspector Tom Wolf said Thursday that the video “affected (Tucker) in the wrong way. He thought it was fantasy and nothing would happen.” The sixth-grader was reported in fair condition Thursday at Broward County Memorial Hospital. Investigators said Tucker had his own copy of the video and played it on the family’s VCR.
