Fullerton Takes On Fresno State Tonight
Cal State Fullerton, in its next-to-last chance to win a basketball game on the road this season, plays Fresno State tonight in Selland Arena.
The Titans (8-15 overall, 4-10 in Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. play), winless in 12 road games, defeated Fresno State in overtime, 64-57, in Titan Gym last month. Fullerton’s final road game will be Saturday against the University of the Pacific, which is winless in Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. play.
Fresno State (8-15, 5-9) lost starter and former Mater Dei player Mike Mitchell for the rest of the season when he injured his knee Saturday in a loss to UC Santa Barbara. Fresno State, which has lost two straight games, is in seventh place in the PCAA.
