The Chicago Cubs plan to meet with Andre Dawson and his agent next month to iron out a multi-year agreement to ensure the National League MVP will stay with the club.
Don Grenesko, vice president of the club, said he hopes to meet with Dawson and his agent, Dick Moss, about the third week of March to resume negotiations.
