‘Two Sides of Yaroslavsky’
As a former president of the Encino Property Owners Assn., I have known the frustration of representing the community against the exploitation of the zoning process by developers. I also learned, however, that property owners have rights and that development per se is not necessarily all detrimental to our quality of life.
I find Yaroslavsky’s activities, as described in your article, to be refreshingly enlightened, pragmatic and almost certainly in the long-term interests of his constituents.
