Cypress Woman Killed in Anaheim Traffic Accident
A Cypress woman was killed early Saturday in Anaheim when the truck she was driving went through a red light on Orange Avenue at Dale Street, struck a car in the intersection and overturned, police said.
Lisa Marie Turner, 19, was pinned inside the truck and was dead on arrival at UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange.
The driver of the car that was struck suffered minor injuries and was treated and later released from Humana Hospital--West Anaheim, police said.
The accident occurred at 12:16 a.m.
