FilmDallas Inc. and New World Entertainment announced a restructuring of their jointly owned production and distribution company, FilmDallas Pictures, under which it will become a wholly owned subsidiary of FilmDallas Inc. While New World will continue to hold certain rights to some of the films that were produced or acquired by the joint venture, New World will no longer be a 50% stockholder.
