The rebuilt town of Coalinga, nearly destroyed five years ago by a huge earthquake, was shaken, but not damaged, by two small temblors. The first jolt registered 3.8 on the Richter scale, the U.S. Geological Survey said. It was followed four minutes later by a 3.5 quake. Officials said both temblors were centered about 14 miles northeast of of the San Joaquin Valley town.
