A man who was struck by an Amtrak passenger train Saturday was identified Tuesday as Bryan George Tully, a transient who had been staying in Capistrano Beach, authorities said.
Tully, 31, was struck by the train as he walked on railroad tracks near the Amtrak station in San Juan Capistrano, authorities said. The train was en route from Los Angeles to San Diego.
