Joe Pepitone, former New York Yankee first baseman, will report to court Monday in New York to begin a six-month sentence for his conviction on two misdemeanor drug charges, his lawyer said.
Pepitone’s surrender was scheduled after a panel of judges in the state Appellate Division in Brooklyn upheld the sentence and sent the case back to the trial judge.
