The nine-year marriage of rocker Eric Clapton and Patti Boyd--whom Clapton memorialized in the Derek and the Dominoes hit “Layla”--ended Thursday in London Divorce Court. Judge Monier Williams granted Boyd an uncontested divorce on ground of Clapton’s adultery with Italian TV personality Lory del Santo, who had a son by Clapton. Boyd was married previously to ex-Beatle George Harrison. The couple married in Tucson, Ariz., in March, 1979, and made their home in England.
