Night Moves, a rock club in Huntington Beach, reopened Thursday night after a three-day shutdown for electrical repairs. City building officials had cited the club for four code violations in an inspection Monday, according to owner Ezra Joseph. The club also used the down time to finish an interior remodeling project.
