The Saddleback Historical Society will sponsor the 100th anniversary celebration of the El Toro post office at 1 p.m. Sunday.
The post office was originally operated out of a general store, which stood where the current post office now is on Raymond Way. Artifacts from the original store will be on display and post office tours will be given.
Orange County Supervisor Gaddi H. Vasquez will be the keynote speaker at the event, which will take place on the lawn in front of the post office at 24552 Raymond.
The post office also is putting out a commemorative envelope in honor of the anniversary.
