David C. Hasbrouck, senior vice president of the Industrial Technology Group in the Los Angeles office of Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc., has been named Industrial Broker of the Year by the firm. Hasbrouck’s sales and leasing totals exceeded $175 million in 1987.
Janice Rannick has been appointed vice president of Commercial Real Estate Associates, a division of Tracey Hall & Associates Inc., in Newport Beach. Rannick will be responsible for real estate and brokerage services provided to clients, which include leasing, tenant representation, site acquisition and investment sales.
