Loans Granted for 2 Projects

Citicorp Real Estate Inc. has provided more than $98.5 million for two San Diego-area projects.

A construction loan of $80.5 million was awarded for the 21-story Koll Center, 501 W. Broadway, San Diego. Developed and being built by the Koll Co., Newport Beach, the 377,000-square-foot project is scheduled for completion in July, 1989.

Another $18 million will finance the tri-level Del Mar Plaza, 155 Camino Del Mar in Del Mar, being developed by the Del Mar Partnership Ltd. Completion is planned for August.
