Watt, Schutz Form Development Firm

Builder Ray Watt and developer Andrew C. Schutz have formed W&S; Commercial Inc. to develop office and industrial projects in Orange County and the Inland Empire.

The new operation will begin building a $15-million, 75,000-square-foot office building at the Laguna Freeway and Barranca Parkway in Irvine in July.
