Havana Controversy
For the Travel Section to feature “Havana,” reached by way of a Soviet-owned cruise ship, is not only appalling and irresponsible--it is unnecessary. Regardless of one’s politics, the fact remains that there are official U.S. trade and travel sanctions against Cuba.
